It is very important to let the school know if your child is away. SchoolMessenger allows you to excuse your child’s absence, tardiness, or early dismissal, in advance, using any of these 3 convenient methods:
  1. Download the SchoolMessenger app, from your app store or at: https://go.schoolmessenger.ca
  2. Visit the SchoolMessenger website: https://go.schoolmessenger.ca 
  3. Call the toll-free number: 1-833-284-2716 to report an absence using the automated phone system.
We will use the SchoolMessenger automated notification system to contact parents, for all students with unexcused absences. The automated notification system will attempt to contact parents at multiple contact points until a reason is submitted, and the absence is excused. 
 
If you excuse your child’s absence in advance, you will not receive these notifications!
