Hot Lunches

HOW TO ORDER HOT LUNCHES
 
Here’s how to get started…
  • Go to https://twinriversandcp.hotlunches.net/admin/
  • Click on “Click Here to Register”
  • Enter Access Code: TRHL
  • Complete the rest of the registration form. (Including your email address will ensure you receive reminder emails about hot lunch order deadlines, and your child’s hot lunch order for the upcoming week)
  • Click the “Register Now” button, at the bottom
  • Follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends Twin Rivers or Castlegar Primary. Once your child(ren) are registered, click on “Orders”
  • Proceed to order hot lunch for your child(ren)
PAYMENTS
 
Hot lunch orders can be paid by credit card, cheque, or cash. Credit card payments are processed through the website using a software called 'Bambora'. If you are paying by cheque or cash, please include your remittance form so we know who the order is for. Cheques can be made payable to: Twin Rivers PAC.
 
Make sure to order for all hot lunches included in the posted cycle!
 
***NO LATE ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED***
If orders are not placed by the deadline, you will miss out on all hot lunches from that cycle - NO EXCEPTIONS!
